Be inspired by Hearst Castle and it's design legacy. Julia Morgan, architect of Hearst Castle used not only the actual antique art objects and architectural fragments collected by William Randolph Hearst to create this fabulous home - but also their design elements to create new components for it's exteriors and interiors. The castle is home to over 20,000 of the original antiques and antiquities that made up only a small portion of Mr. Hearst's collections. They were gifted to the State of California after Mr. Hearst's death to preserve this design legacy. Your inspired designs will contribute directly to the preservation and restoration of this legendary home.
